I’m in the website wish business
Whether you need a new website or your website needs updates, more pages, a fresh look, or automation, I have the skills to help.
Stop spinning your wheels. Let’s get those changes done.
Your website is the hub of your online presence. If you are just starting out, you’ll want to get it right the first time, with a website you love that brings clients to you.
If you’ve been in business for a while, you probably have a nice routine going to keep things running smoothly. You may even be comfortable updating photos and text on your website.
But a new idea has wriggled its way into your thoughts. You realize you need a mailing list. Or you want to start offering online appointments. Perhaps you’re about to add a new service or you’re planning a workshop. You’ve never done this before. You have no idea how to start. You’re trying to Google and YouTube your way through it, but you end up feeling more confused than ever.
You need a knowledgeable, creative, friendly partner to turn that website idea into reality.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have:
A website that generates leads and builds a loyal mailing list following
A website that has clear calls to action that convert visitors to customers
A website that automates repetitive tasks like scheduling appointments and collecting payments
All the connections between your website and integrated external products working smoothly
Reassurance that your online presence is keeping up with the times
Confirmation from an expert about what’s important to fix and what you don’t need to worry about
A roadmap for improving your website or connecting it with other programs
Change those “I shoulds” to “All dones”
If intrusive thoughts about your website and your online business presence start with “I should…,” “I really need to…,” “How do I…,” or “What if…,” consider reaching out to me to talk about what you’d like to do. A little time sorting through your list of website wishes and woes can add up to a lot of relief.

Your website project can be big or small
Custom projects can range in length from a few hours to a few months, depending on the size of the project. Typically, if you don’t need a whole new website, you might hire me to enhance the website you have, adding pages or setting up connections to other marketing or automation systems. It could also be a time where you request that I look at something you’ve done to either troubleshoot or improve it. I can also spend time helping you learn your website platform or give advice if you’re trying to make a decision about a purchase.
I specialize in Squarespace, Weebly, Wix, and other DIY platforms
I specialize in creating and updating Squarespace websites. For updates, I also work with Weebly, Wix, Google Sites, and other DIY platforms (except WordPress).
Sorry, it’s a no to WordPress
The only DIY platform I don’t work on is WordPress because of its complexities and its plethora of plugins. I am happy to recommend a WordPress designer if you need one.
My specialty is drag-and-drop DIY platforms, not coding
I’m not a developer who works on website platforms designed for enterprise use. If you have a Drupal, Joomla, or another custom-coded website, I’m not the right person to help.
My honest and transparent process
I offer a free 30-minute consultation so you can tell me more about your website project and ask questions about the process. If we decide to work together, I’ll get more information from you to give you a ballpark estimate to make sure the project fits within your budget and your timeline.
I charge an hourly rate of $75/hour, based on the actual number of hours worked. As we work together, I keep you updated about the hours worked and the tasks accomplished. If needed, we can refine the goal to fit within a specific budget or timeline.
THE INVESTMENT
I offer free 30-minute phone consultations to talk about the project you have in mind. I’ll answer your questions and explain your options for getting that intimidating website project done. I promise I won’t overwhelm you. I believe in demystifying technology so you can run your business understanding the basics of how your online presence works.
Typical projects run $300-$2,900 at $75/hr
You also pay for the annual cost for a domain, website hosting, and any extras such as email and scheduling.
Say hello to me and goodbye to the overwhelm
“Kerry's technical skills and know-how for building online spaces is amazing. She knows SEO optimization, analytics, domains, back-end processes for receiving and tracking donations, and all the details of the site that make it fully functional for my small business. I can't say enough about Kerry's attention to detail, caring personality, and strong communication skills. She crossed all the Ts and dotted all the Is. I didn't have to keep up with anything or worry about a single detail. I recommend Kerry to anyone who wants to create or enhance their website experience!”

My office is located in Orange, Massachusetts, along the beautiful Mohawk Trail in western Massachusetts. However, through email, phone, and video conferencing tools, we can work together no matter where you are located. I work with clients all over the United States (and occasionally in Canada).

I can make a reasonably close ballpark estimate of a project if the scope of the work is clear. Our free 30-minute consultation provides some of the information, then a first working meeting can provide more. I’ll give a rough estimate so you know if what you’d like to accomplish with your website is within your budget and timeline. You’ll pay only for the actual hours worked.
-
While I do my best to estimate how long a task will take, sometimes it may take longer. I’m transparent about what my time is being spent on and can give you options about ways to proceed.
-
If the tasks we’ve agreed on are completed more quickly, you’ll only pay for the hours I worked.

I specialize in drag-and-drop website editors. Squarespace is my favorite website builder, but I do have experience with Weebly and Wix. The only DIY platform I won’t work on is WordPress because of its complexities and its plethora of plugins. I am happy to recommend a WordPress designer if you need one.

I’m not a developer who can custom-code a website or work on website platforms designed for enterprise use. If you have a Drupal, Joomla, or another custom-coded website, I’m not the right person to help.

I issue online invoices, which you can pay securely online or by mailing a check. Depending on the size of the project, there may be an upfront retainer requested.

My Service Agreement is set up to allow you to halt a project before it’s done. I ask only that you pay for the hours that I’ve invested. If I’ve spent time on your project, I don’t give a refund of the hours I’ve already worked.
